Headquartered in Tampa, Florida, Cutler’s Southeast Division has experienced significant recent growth and added two key individuals to its operations team. Michael Fuller was named Senior Estimator and Michael Tippy was named Project Superintendent.

Michael Fuller brings 15 years of experience to Cutler with extensive knowledge in project estimating, managing bid packaging/review and managing subcontractor quotes.  Prior to coming to Cutler, Mr. Fuller was employed with Seaman-Dicarlo General Contractors in Massachusetts. He received his degree in Civil Engineering Technology from Central New England College in Worcester, Massachusetts. 

 

Michael Tippy joined Cutler Associates as Project Superintendent. His responsibilities include overseeing field operations, including scheduling, submittals, cost management, and owner and subcontractor coordination. Prior to joining Cutler Associates, Mr. Tippy worked for MJT where his main responsibility was CAD Steel Detailing. He received his degree in Architectural Studies from Southern Illinois University and is currently working toward his Masters in Architecture from the University of South Florida.
