This skilled-care facility houses 82-beds, dining room, nursing station, physical therapy, courtyard garden and activity rooms. Cutler's expert teaming skills facilitated a smooth preconstruction and permitting process which included careful coordination between two towns whose property lines bisected the property. Knollwood was one of three concurrent projects built by Cutler Associates at Briarwood Continuing Care Retirement Community.
