As a single source for design and construction services, Cutler
Associates can ensure that all of the project variables are aligned
to meet the customer’s goals. This degree of control enables
Cutler to act as the owner’s agent, always making decisions
that are in the best interest of the project and the client.
Cutler maintains a professional staff of architects, engineers,
estimators, construction project managers and superintendents who
are capable of taking a project from inception through completion
as an integrated team. Each account is assigned an account executive
from our top-level management staff whose role it is to immediately
address all owner concerns and to ensure a quality performance from
the project team.
We employ an open-shop staff of carpenters and laborers, whom we
typically assign to project elements that require a high degree
of control or to supplement subcontracted labor to keep a project
on schedule. Our field staff also assists in assessing existing
conditions and responding quickly to any warranty issues that may
arise following completion.
