In contrast to the traditional process, which has the architect drawing the building, the engineer designing the mechanical and electrical systems and the contractor pricing individual components, Cutler’s design-build team functions as a unit to analyze the building for energy efficiency, quality of indoor environment, cost effectiveness and impact on the exterior environment.
